Artist J. Bohdonnah has developed a wide ranging number of designs in multi~media using various techniques
and unique subjects that have inspired her since her childhood. Bohdonnah's vibrant paintings, faux finishes, hand-crafted
art & hand~painted furniture have a radiant beauty that draws from a variety of influences including her travels, love
of fashion, inspirational women of both fact & fiction (including her mother Rhonda Butler, Maya Angelou, Frida Khalo,
Malalai Joya, Rigoberta Menchu, Betsey Johnson, Georgia O'Keefe, Courtney Cucinotta, India Arie, Georgia Michelle,
Queen Afrika, Kristin Gill, Angelique Kidjo, Oprah, Kendra Brandstein, Madonna, Emily Golden-Fields, Hermes, Rebekah
Butler, Candace Bushnell, Carrie Bradshaw & her female entourage ~yes, from S&TC!, and more women than
can be mentioned)...; Bohdonnah is energized by her romantic spirit and intrigued by all creatures big & small (including
her dog Bella Luna), Bohdonnah also uses natural elements juxtaposed with contemporary subjects to convey "oneness".
Her work has been published in Colorado Lifestyle Magazine, The Yellow Scene, The Daily Camera
